At the beginning of doctoral studies, the student, in agreement with their supervisor, determines the topic of the dissertation, which must be in accordance with the scientific research focus of the doctoral program being studied. The student has the option of bringing his/her own topic or choosing from the list of proposals:

Scientific ethics or the ethics of scientific research about differences in natural and social, respectively, spiritual sciences
• ethical problems of experimental sciences • methodological issues of moral education and teaching ethics, etc. • ethical codes of professionals (scientists, public officials, doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers) |
Ethics of public space
• topics of ethics of media workers, or "journalistic ethics" • topics dealing with examples of power relations between an institution worker and a client, a doctor and a patient, an employer and an employee, or a teacher and a pupil (professor and student) |
Ethics of new technologies
