Enrollment in the study

            Before the official enrollment in the study, it is necessary to send at Doctoral study dep

            following documents:

            • An officially certified copy of the diploma and the diploma supplement in paper form. If

              completed a previous university degree out of the Czech Republic, it is necessary to app
              nostrification/recognition [ URL "FHSDSEN-75.html "] of the previous foreign academic de
            • As soon as the Department of doctoral studies receives your certified copy of the diplom

              the recognition of foreign diploma and supplement then will be sent to you following the
              your e-mail address:

              a) Enrollment sheet
              b) Contract for the provision of study in Czech and English
              c) The dean´s decision of the payment (study fee)

              d) The Oath of Matriculation
              e) General information about the study program
            • Documents (a,b,d) have to be signed and send back by post at this address:

            • Once we receive all the required documents in order, then you will be officially enrolle
